Review: The absolute WORST alterations and pressing I have ever seen! My husband dropped off a brand new blazer to have sleeves shortened and buttons moved. When he went to get it, the guy said he accidetly worked on the wrong blazer! Asked for another hour to get it done, my husband said I'll give you til tomorrow. Went back the next day, still not done! He said he needed 15 more minutes. An hour later, he 'finished' it. Gave it to a different guy to press it. The guy presses wrinkles into it!!! When we got the blazer home, the sleeve buttons were not in a straight line, some were overlapping each other and they were all going in different directions.

It was so ridiculous that I brought it out to show at a party. I warned all my friends to NEVER use Dutch cleaners for ANYTHING. SHOCKINGLY BAD, BAD, BAD!!! I have some pictures.Desired Settlement: I'm not sure if it's possible, but I would like the replacement cost of a new blazer. The buttons have left small holes and pulls from where the guy placed them incorrectly and I'm not sure if the deep wrinkle they pressed into the sleeve will come out. The blazer was purchased from macys last week for around $175. I have a receipt.
