Review: I took one Men's black suit, two Men's dress shirts for dry cleaning. I picked up my clothes only to find out, on the day of my daughters graduation, that I had been given the wrong jacket. I returned to the store and asked the owner to look for my jacket. She insisted that she didn't give me the wrong jacket. A 44 long was given to me, my husbands jacket is a 52 regular. She said there was nothing she could do about it for several days and the said that she would submit a claim to her insurance company. I have heard nothing as of yet, disputed several calls. I took the receipt and photos of the suit in so that she could submit them to the insurance carrier.Desired Settlement: I would like the suit jacket replaced at current cost.
