I talked to [redacted] back in July and do remember him asking me to stop his automatic insurance pull for July. I went into the system and temporarily suspended the account. However, there was a computer issue and the account was reopened and...
the insurance premium was pulled out in error.
We have sent a request to the State Farm corporate office to refund the monies to Mr. [redacted] and at this time are still waiting on a response as to whether State Farm will refund the monies or not. Normally, we have a response from State Farm within 3-5 business days. We will respond again to this complaint once we have heard from State Farm.

At this point it doesn't matter. My concern is that this time it was a small amount. I would be worried if a system issue caused a large payment to be taken and State Farm does not have recourse. I would like some sort of customer complaint about this placed on this offices record.
