Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Motor home has not been back to us more than 24hrs since the 10th.  Kimball's could not figure out the belts. Sent RV to [redacted] They worked on it for 4 days before releasing it to us.  We made it less than 12 hrs and/or75 miles before all the belts twisted and broke off leaving us without steering.  Waiting on the side of the road 4 hrs before being told it would be another 4 before anyone could come help us.  They passed the buck to [redacted] who refused to help.  Took 20 hrs before help arrived.  No food or heat.  Now were in Chimacum WA and are being told the reason for the belt issue is Kimball's forgot to take a picture of how the belts were routed before rem0ving engine and somehow LOST  a pulley.  This shop  ([redacted]) is fabricating a bracket to try to get us by.  We are in  Great fear for our lives, and feel that we can not trust this vehicle any longer.  Florida no longer seems possible and I plan to spend every day I'm able this Winter with a sign in front of Kimball's warning people of my situation.  In my opinion Donny E[redacted] is a poor excuse for a businessman or the owner of a service business  No Apologies, No Explanations  NOTHING    I think I may just paint BOYCOTT KIMBALL'S on the side of the RV and have it towed around town.  We are almost at the 4 month mark and still not one step closer to Florida.   Sincerely,[redacted]

LONG STORY- SHORT.....THE FAILURE TO [redacted], MOTOR HOME,  WE FEEL MAY NOT BE COMPLETLY OUR FAULT, BUT IN GOOD FAITH, WE" KIMABLL'S" ARE GOING TO REPAIR  THE VEHICLE AT NO COST TO [redacted]. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH [redacted], REGARDING THIS MATTER. LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED ANY FURTHER...

I  TRYED TO  RESLOVE THE BELT SQUEAK BUT COULD NOT  SO IN ORDER TO  EXPIDITE THE REPAIR , [redacted] AND I AGREED TO SEND THE COACH TO ,[redacted] SINCE THEY HAVE PREVIOUSLY WORKED ON THIS COACH...I TOLD [redacted] I WOULD PAY FOR IT. I TALKED TO [redacted] AT [redacted] RV, EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM HE STATED IT SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM....LONG STORY SHORT, [redacted] DID NOT DO A GOOD REPAIR,  CAUSING ADDED DELAYS AND BREAKDOWN FOR [redacted]. I EXPLAINED HE NEEDED TO TAKE IT BACK TO [redacted] SINCE I PAID THEM TO  DO THE JOB.....AT THIS TIME [redacted] AND KIMBALLS ARE ON GOOD TERMS.
