Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I talked to the shop at kims they gave me a paper saying what they check for on a used car before selling it.I have a copy of the paper plus text messages from [redacted] who sold me the car telling me she thought it had air and she thought they checked all thatIf they don't agree to fix it have no choice to take the info I have to the court in [redacted] countyAnd I can and will post signs up about how they do business Regards, [redacted] [redacted]

In response to said complaint regarding the direct mail piece they received
I am sorry the customer wasn't happy with the prize they were awardedIf they would like to contact me directly I will be glad to compensate them for the gas they had to spend to visit
