Kilometers Running Store

Review: In July, I purchased a brand of sneakers called [redacted] and the owner of the store, [redacted], said if I didn't like them I could return them in two weeks. He often makes this offer with his clients. I didn't like them and returned them within the time frame. He issued me a verbal credit OR refund and since I injured myself I had to stop running. I have now returned and need sneakers. He has had me in his store many, many times saying he will have another brand of sneakers for me in a few days. He even tried to sell me the wrong sized sneakers until I noticed the size on the inside. What is worse, is after this he even claimed that he was going to have them fed xed to my house and went as far as to take my address. He said he would call with a tracking number. He never did. I called the store to find out what the tracking number was and no one knows anything about it. This lead on has been going on for a month. All I ever wanted was a replacement pair of sneakers. Now I want a refund. I don't understand what the issue is. The original pair of sneakers cost me $150 the new pair he wanted to sell me but never seemed to have, are about$85. I paid $109 on a credit card and $50 in cash. I have a bank statement verifying the partial charge to my accountDesired Settlement: I would like my $150 returned to me so that I can now go somewhere else and purchase the running shoes I need.
