When jewelry is sold at Kilo Jewels, the sales clerk removes earrings from the packing which describes the jewelry's materials - 14k gold plated, sterling silver. The salesperson refuses to sell the earrings with the original packaging and as a customer, I expect to have the packaging that supports my jewelry purchase. When I completed the transaction, I realized what the sales clerk had no intention of selling the earrings with the packaging with which the earrings where displayed. I didn't understand what purpose it would serve to sell the earrings without the card that confirms the items sold as gold plated sterling silver earrings. I immediately asked the clerk for a refund, if she would not include the packaging as advertised on display. My request for a refund was seconds after the transactions was completed.
