Review: We hired this company in May of 2013 to clean out my mother's house in Citrus Heights. They claim to be a "estate Liquidation" company and state that they offer services to sell the contents of a house, remove all trash and then they pay the homeowner the proceeds of the sale minus 30%. As of this date they have not paid us for the items sold. We have placed several calls, e mails with no response. They also left a mess in the house and according to our neighbor, brought over items from other places to sell at the house - they then left the unsold/unwanted items that they brought over to sell in the house. They were left with instructions to not touch the washer and dryer, or refrigerator as these were to be left as a part of the sale of the house. They sold these items without authorization. To date we have not heard from them, never received any money and we also notice that other complaints have been filed online about them. We feel that this company engages in legalized home robbery. We will also be making a call to local law enforcement but also felt that a Revdex.com complaint was needed as well. Hopefully you can prevent them from ripping off other people.

We would like to be paid the money from the sale of the items in the house as was agreed. They had indicated that we would be getting $150.00 from the sale. Although we feel this may be a fabricated amount we would be satisfied if we got this as it is better than nothing.
