To whom it may concern, In the state of New Jersey when a customer purchase's a vehicle We issue temporary plates and temporary registration valid for Day's, Generally within day's the tittle will be issued to the customer so that they can register the purchased vehicle, Sometimes the
tittles are delayed and not always sent out before the day's expire, Reason's of being could beA Lean Release, Vin Verification, Duplicate Tittle's or another factor of delays could be weather conditions if it's bad ,FedEx is delayed and unable to over night package's on the schedule due date and as a result the the original arrival date is delayed Keep in mind Monday February 18, was a holiday and his plates have only bin expired for 2- day's tops I also would like to notify Revdex.com that The gentleman "Stated "Please hold off on sending the plates and tittle, I need about weeks from recovery because I am having surgery plus he has an open balance of $that must be paid in full to Killer Carz as a personal loan to help him out, He also contacted News New Jersey and made accusations about Killer Carz, Please help me so that I can help him understand that it's primarily his fault for telling us to hold off on sending out the title plus it was on a Holiday weekend, Im sorry for any inconvenience and I look forward to resolving this issue but it really is out of my hands thanks again

I am rejecting this response because:
To Revdex.com of New JerseyFirst to begin with, it ispreposterous how this dealer all of a sudden comes with an alleged alibi that Iowe them money, and they had called my wife about it. They are just come upwith this BS, so they can get away with fraud. As a matter of fact, I should expectfrom them because [redacted] called me on the 01/07/2015 asked me to call the bureauand tell them remove it because he’d reinstate the warranty and everything willbe fine. Then, for two days he never called back, and when I finally reachedhim he asking me,” [redacted], do you owe me any money, are you sure.” Evidently, they don’t have records of who owe them anything, but they would immediately fabricatefalse statements and requested funds on your behalf, which is Scary and Fraud.Indeed, No one with a right set of mind shall ever believe such BS. Not only KillerCarz II will never allow you to leave their lot without getting all of theirmoney from the bank and from you at the moment of sale, but they will ensureyou sign a contract before handing you the key to the car. Ever Ever Ever. In fact, those guys[redacted] and [redacted] convincedme to tell the bank that everything was ok with the vehicle, so that they canpass the verification process, so the bank could release the fund. Mind you: When I purchased thevehicle the back light was broken, which needed to be replaced, the radio CDnever worked up to this day, the car did not come with a Navigation system, but[redacted] told the bank the car was equipped with a build-in GPS system, ( an extrafee $1625.37), and moreover convinced me that he would pay to install onefor me, for he deals with things like that all the time. All of these defects were promises to be fixedwhen I pick up the car. Nevertheless, I took their words in good faith and Ilied to the bank about everything was functional with the vehicle, so that theycan get their money. Consequently, after going through all these hustles forsomething you paid and still paying for, this is how this dealer rewards mewith, “They are Monsters” My response to them is I never owe them any money andI never made an arrangement to pay any balance, for I never had one to beginwith, nor no one contacted my wife about any payment arrangement, for I didn’towe any balance. When I look at my contract, it is doesn’t say that I owe moneyfor the extended warranty, it is stated that I paid 995.37, and it will beincluded in my monthly payment. Now, if they can provide any proof of signeddocuments stating where I agreed to pay back the balance of “$1000, more orless”, I will absolutely go ahead and retract my claim and make an act ofcontrition. However, if they can’t prove any how where I signed any ledger, they should refund me the money that I paid for the extended warranty, whichwas the sum of $995.37 or reinstate it. Ironically, this dealer is such fraud, thatthey will go behind your back without your permission, which illegal, and tryto conduct business with your information. From a logical and legal stand point, I am thesubject who is entitled to receive a refund from the company, yet again thewarranty provider mentioned that Killer Carz II called on 10/27/2014 andintentionally cancelled the warranty, and requested a prorated refund. Evidently this is FRAUD because it was premeditated. What other would the Law called this, I don’t know. Lastly, what kind of legit company will nothave an exact record of who owe them, what amount and when? Not only they do not know how to fabricate falseaccusations/lies, but also, they can’t be accurate with their own claims, sinceit s bogus. According to their reply, I am just quoting them, “However He didnot have all the funds to complete the transaction I believe his open balancewas $1,000 more or less, As gratitude for his business we submitted hiswarranty in good faith and arranged an agreement with [redacted] to clear thebalance within a certain time frame.” Really really Dude, Killer Carz II will nevervalue other’s people words because you guys do not understand the significanceof Honesty. Therefore, that‘s a complete elusion. In addition, any genuine and professional placesof business keep exact records of their customers sales, this dealer is noteven sure of the amount they claimed, “a $1000 more or less.” Scam, Fraud, andScary. If they can present any form orsigned document stated that I took a $1000 loan from them, I will retract myclaim and move on, but otherwise, the State of New Jersey must investigatethose people and criminalize them, so that more hard working and law-abidingcitizens in the community do not fall victims of their scams. All I want is the money that Ipay for the extended warranty since Killer CarzII collected the refund on mybehalf, without my permission, or the reinstatement of the extended warrantythat I paid for. Either or, justice shall prevail…

With all do respect You are stretching the truth to the furthest extant, Please try to understand that Once you purchase a pre-owned vehicle from the auction sometimes there is a delay in receiving the tittle, It can take up 60 days for us to receive a tittle from the auction especially if it's a...
bank owned vehicle sold through the auction due to a previous customer's repossession, I know it was a long process to receive your tittle but calling up the dealership making threats and harassing our staff members is not going to help you receive your title any faster, The title was sent out to you and you still try'd to tarnish our name by writting all kinds of negative reviews all over the internet, We try'd to offer you $500 refund as a curtsey from Killer Carz too you for your troubles,As for your taxes No one pay's double taxes it is against the law, You payed for the registration twice only because you decided to do your own plates even after it was enrolled into your financing, We are still willing to refund you the difference and if we can I would love to SETTLE THIS like civilized adults, You have the plates as well as the title and I'm willing to refund you some money back just out of good faith, Why do you continue to hurt our establishment, You have what you wanted, What else can I do to make you happy, Can you come here at the dealership so we can talk in person, Once again I'm sorry for anything misunderstood between you and Killer Carz, Just let us know what we can do thank you for your time.........

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] contacted me today 4-21-16 told me yet once again that the lien was paid off and taking care of. That I wud receive all my paperwork before the week is...
out. However, I reached out to the lien company once again to verify this information and was once again told that [redacted] was telling a lie. That the lien was not paid off and that they still haven't been contacted by [redacted]. If needed I can post the lien companies info so whoever may want to investigate can call and verify my side of this. [redacted] had a responsibility to file the appropriate paperwork with m.v.a, and this lien company. They did neither but took 29000 from me. As a result I'm stuck with a vehicle I can't use. I'm requesting still a lien release or a refund. I will drive to wherever needed to collect either.

At the time of purchase March 7, 2016 the customer did not have the down payment, A few day’s later he arrived with only $500 we then sent the vehicle out for service. The service department ordered the original parts not after market and due to that it needed 3-5 business day’s upon arrival....
Unfortunately the weekend took affect and delayed the process. The initial purchase DID NOT included his “ 2003 [redacted] with 219,494 miles “ as part of the deal. We normally would not take in a trade with such high miles but to better assist him with the desired monthly payment he wanted we decided to purchase his vehicle. The trade value was $500 towards his down payment. Please be aware during this whole process he was very impatient and very demanding. We tried to explain that we do not like to rush the service department because they might over look an issue just to accommodate the customer. We understand his plates have recently expired but we are doing our best to expedite the process His plates are in transit sorry for the delay .

The plates are in Transit and you will have them shortly. The reason for the delay was due to the fact that the vehicle was recently purchased from the Auction.
1). All the vehicles we have advertised do not include taxes, tags, or fees. 2) Prior to her purchase we explained that the vehicle was a demo and the difference in miles will be compensated. Not only was she well aware of the difference in miles but she also signed an odometer statement that...
describes the actual miles and proceeded with her purchase. 3) Sometimes when we purchase a vehicle from the auction the vehicle arrives before the title does. With that being said the state of New Jersey allows us to provide temporary plates valid for 20 days for out of state purchases. Her purchase was made prior to the arrival of the title. 4) Once the title was in transit from the auction to Killer Carz we then notified the customer to bare with us throughout the course of duration. 5) As we explained to the customer we are not allowed to issue a second temp tag if the title is available. The only way motor vehicle will allow a second temp tag especially for out of state buyers is if the title is lost. The proper paper work must be filed for a duplicate title and only then a second temp tag can be issued . 6) In the event of a temp tag expiring we provide a letter that simply states the title is in transit 7-9) Once the temporary tag expires we do not suggest the customer to drive until they have the actual plates for numerous reasons. 10-12) Generally the title can be issued to the purchaser in two ways , The most common way is having the tittle issued directly to the customer with the name of the purchaser on the actual title it's self . The second way is having the title along with a re-assignment from the dealer to the customer however if the title gets lost we have to contact the previous owner to file for a duplicate title and it delay's the process of the customer receiving the title. The title was sent out and the customer will be receiving it shortly. In conclusion the customer purchased a vehicle from Killer Carz under the Fair Market Value and received a 1 year warranty on the house. She was very happy with the price. This customer is filing a complaint about not receiving a title on time and added a few other things just so she can jazz up her Revdex.com negative review. We strive for customer satisfaction and unfortunately not everyone can be pleased. The owner is well aware of the situation and apologies for any inconveniences. We hope you understand it was not in our hands. Enjoy the car in good health the Best of Luck.....
All of our vehicle's under go 121 point inspection prior to us making the purchase as a dealer from the auction. Keep in mind that we are consumers as well. We would not purchase a vehicle that needed major repairs. Not only will it reflect how we do business but the customer will come back with a...
problem. So as a reputable dealer we make sure each and every vehicle that is purchased, passes the PSI (post sale inspection) They check all the major components such as Engine, Transmission and Drive Axle. This vehicle passed with flying colors. I'm not sure what your mechanic is telling you however I think you should take it to someone else. Please understand not only did you purchase the vehicle below the advertised price but you refused to purchase the extended warranty as well. There is only so much that we can do. We will do our best to help as much as we can but again please have a different mechanic look at the vehicle
The issue's have been addressed and eliminated. Please confirm with the customer that she is now satisfied.
You did tell Us to hold off because of the surgery, We did exactly what you requested and as a result the title and plates are delayed, We can not send the plates in the mail, You have to come in person and sign off that you received the plates also keep in mind to pay the balance in full you must bring cash no personal checks please, I'm sorry but it's our store policy to ensure that you received your plates in person,

Hello Dear valued customer. We appreciate your business. We understand you need your plates and we apologize for the delay I'm sure we can work something out to compensate your aggravation. Once again sorry for the delay
To whom it may concern, The customer did in fact purchase a vehicle as well as an Extended Warranty, However He did not have all the funds to complete the transaction I believe his open balance was $1,000 more or less, As gratitude for his business we submitted his warranty in good faith and...
arranged an agreement with [redacted] to clear the balance within a certain time frame, As the time passed and over exceeded the agreement was NOT kept we then allowed [redacted] more time to finalize the transaction, But still he could keep his arrangement, Keep in mind his warranty was still active up until we received a phone call from his Wife stating "My husband was injured at work and does not have to funds to pay off the Warranty, Please Cancel it" ......We are still willing to work with [redacted] and would love to reinstate his warranty once his balance is completed
Did you explain to the Revdex.com that we issued you a second temp tag. Sometimes when there is an issue with a title we provide the customer a second temp tag. Trust and believe that your plates will arrive prior to your temp tag expiration date.
The plates and title are in transit hopefully within the next 48 Hours everything will be completed.
With all do respect let's resolve this in person like civilized adults, We have no intentions of hurting or misleading anyone who has purchased a vehicle from Killer Carz, This is not what we stand for and we are willing to do what ever it take's to make [redacted] happy, However we are a little concerned that he might take the funds that we agreed to settle on as a refund and still make complaints about how we conduct business.Keep in mind he has his plate's and registration and refuses to come to a fair agreement, He still continues to tarnish our name with other websites such as [redacted] by posting bad reviews and private PICTURES of our staff members, I'm not a lawyer but I'm sure it's against the law to post pictures of people without their consent, Please [redacted] understand that we have families and this is how we provide for them, Come on in and we can settle this in a civilized manner, Once again We apologize for any misunderstanding
Killer Carz is a family owned and operated establishment. We appreciate your business, but value your friendship. Our goal is to always strive for customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, you simply cannot please everyone, and this customer is one of them. On the first day of her...
arrival, it was snowing very badly, and due to the inclement weather conditions, test drives were limited. We explained to her that the vehicle she was interested in, a 2003 [redacted] was just purchased, and it needed to be serviced. The defroster was not working properly, and it was not safe to drive in that condition. She was very persistent and refused to reschedule a test drive. After she drove the vehicle, she committed to her purchase and left a deposit. We had the vehicle serviced and detailed prior to her return for delivery. After we secured a loan for her, processed all of the signed documents and sent them to the bank , she decided to upgrade from the 2003 S430 to a 2005 [redacted]. This vehicle is 2 years newer and a higher end model. She was completely aware of the price increase. Based on her low credit score, the bank required additional money down. She was able to give us a little more money, but still short of what was required. To make up the difference, and in an attempt to make her happy, we gave her a trade-in allowance that exceeded the value of her vehicle. We sent the 2005 out for a detail, service, and required maintenance. Again, we sent a new set of required signed documents to the bank. When she came in to take delivery, she once again changed her mind. At this point we felt as if she was taking advantage of our kindness. Our hours of operation are 9:30AM - 7:30PM and all three encounters caused us to stay past 8:30PM just for her. We did nothing wrong and went above and beyond to earn her satisfaction. Sadly, she demanded a full refund of her .We would still like to sell her a vehicle, we understand that this may not be possible. In the event a sale cannot be completed, we are unable to issue a full refund
