The owner, right from our first consultation, was always very insistent on doing the design for our front step/walkway the way he wanted to do itHe tries to avoid communicating with the customer as much as possibleHe didn't even show up on the first scheduled day (said it was in the industry to not always show up on the first day)He decided to ignore our agreed upon instructions and do the design differentlyWhenever you chose not to go along with his idea, he would get very defensive and annoyedAfter attempting to get him to return to repair the final deficiency (complete a column) he burst into a tirade and refused to finish the work properly- even after I showed him the picture he sent me to verify what it was supposed to look likeHe *** threatened to put a lien on my home***
