Kiki's Pet Spa

Review: Hello,Today on March **,2012 I had my dog groomed with Kiki's pet spa because their website had a $50.00 special which said a limited time which I thought the special was still going on. To my surprise when my dog was finished they said oh no we don't know why the special is still on the website so you owe us $75.00 plus tax/tip. They are misleading the public by leaving this ad on their website and then telling them the bad news once the dog is finished being groomed. I asked them to honor the $50 price because it was still a special on their website and they told me no. This is a misleading ad and they should be fined or told about this. I asked to speak to the [redacted] and they would not let me. Its really ridiculous how you could advertise something on your website and it prove false after they have given u the service.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back or at least the $25 extra I had to pay instead of the special of $50.00. I am never going their again.
