I received one phone call and voicemail from Heather F [redacted] on May 1st I return calls within 1-days, she called again May 2nd before I could return her callMy warranty is a "Workmanship" warranty which is stated on my contracts/estimatesWorkmanship warranties do not cover supplies/mechanisms purchased from suppliers that provide their own warrantiesIn this case the Insinkerator Corp offered a yr warranty on this garbage disposalOriginally I purchased a Badger disposal at Home depot installed it to manufacturers specs, it worked without issue for monthsThen according to Mrs F [redacted] the disposal stopped working - just quitAfter carefully listening to Mrs F [redacted] explanation of the issues it was evident that the unit internally failed and her warranty concern was with the manufacturerI explained this to Mrs F [redacted] informed her I would charge for the new unit and labor, then went on to inform her with the boon in the economy I was unable to help her until August and referred her to a Licensed Handyman company that was located near her houseI take great pride in my work and work ethicI have been a home remodeler/licensed contractor for over yrs in Arizona and WisconsinIn all that time I have never received a poor rating or complaintI rely entire on word of mouth referrals/return clients to sustain my business and while Mrs Fisher's perception of her experience does not align with my daily practice or my recall of the event, it is no less valid to herUnfortunately, she has taken this step without pursuing a satisfactory resolution with me first, and as a result may now potentially and negatively impact my livelihood

supplies/mechanisms purchased from suppliers that provide their own warranties. In this case the Insinkerator Corp offered a 1 yr warranty on this garbage disposal. Originally I purchased a Badger 5 disposal at Home depot installed it to manufacturers specs, it worked without issue for 15 months. Then according to Mrs F[redacted] the disposal stopped working - just quit. We hired Jason to do a complete kitchen remodel. We are extremely happy with the finished product. He was very easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted and worked with us regarding our schedules. He completed the job within the quoted price, even adding extras above and beyond. We would be very happy to use him in the future and would highly recommend him to our friends.
