when the inflatable was brought to the customer it was in working condition and then the kids were using it and somehow from the jumping it split open and tore and was in no condition to be used due to the safety of the kids and making sure they would not get hurt and that was one hour and a half...

before the party ended. the client got upset but we do not let anything that is broken be used cause someone can get hurt. we offered to give her $150 back since she had used it for half the time and she did not agree. finally after a while she agreed that she would accept the money back and she signed the attached paper saying she accepted it and agreed she was okay with the outcome. as for the deposit she was told we were taking $65 deposit and that there would be tax on top of that which was $5.61 in taxes. she agreed to everything and signed the contract that she was getting back $150 in cash to compensate her for the issue. we had to had the item repaired which was $750. our policy is aside from our staff that parents are to watch their kids so they dont get out of hand. not one parent watched their children and how they were jumping.
