Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:KidsTown Corporate's "response" is in fact entirely unresponsive to my initial complaintSpecifically:a) The franchise in question was marketed as a "KidsTown" facility, and it was operated under the umbrella of KidsTown CorporateTherefore, KidsTown Corporate has a legal and moral responsibility to make right any defaults of its franchises.b) The franchise owner in question did not respond to my email communications, and I have no additional way to reach that entity.c) I do not wish to solicit another KidsTown franchise, and I do not wish to pay the additional $"registration fee" that the Thornton franchise said I'd have to pay.d) According to KidsTown Corporate, the balance of my "package" purchased at the Broomfield facility is $That is the amount that I ask be refunded to me by KidsTown Corporate.Sincerely,*** ***

Unfortunately the owner of the Broomfield location closed their business on September 1, and it is the owners responsibility to notify their clients if the center would be closingThe following franchises are honoring packages; Thornton, Smoky Hill, Parker and Castle RockYou will just need
to complete registration with that location.
