Dear Mrs***On 7/29, the Ohio FAIR Plan (OFP) sent you and your agent a letter letting you know your payment was returned by the bank. OFP gave you an additional three weeks to replace the payment. This was not done.Since 2014, every invoice OFP has sent you (except for one) has cancelled for non-payment. No further consideration is available.Your coverage ended almost three months ago. If you want coverage with OFP, the outstanding $would need paid and a new application would need to be submitted.Sincerely, James M*** *** *** *** ***
*** and I are not satisfied with what has happened we really want Ohio Fair Plan to except payments for our home owners Insurance I believe we are owed an apology from Western Union and I really don't understand why they will not except our previous agreement At this time we do not have any home owners Insurance and we really need this resolved as soon as possible Thank you for helping out with our situation

To Whom It May Concern:The Ohio FAIR Plan (OFP) has reviewed the ***' complaint.A payment from the *** was due on 7/22/16.The *** made the payment on 7/24. They elected to make the payment via *** ***n's website (one of several options available).On 7/29, OFP received
notice that the account the *** had given *** ***n did not exist. OFP sent a letter to the customers explaining this and gave them almost three weeks to send in a replacement check or money order. A copy of this letter was also sent to their agent.Nothing was received so coverage ended on 8/16.OFP heard nothing more from the *** until 9/when Mrs*** called and was given the contact information to file a complaint with OFP.OFP is still willing to provide coverage, but must receive payment for the coverage the *** wish to purchase.Sincerely, James B M*** *** *** *** ***
