Review: I work at a school and we used this company as a fundraiser. When we got the items in, some of the chocolate that was delivered was not good. It was in one big clump and one of the consumers tried it and tasted awful. Our fundraiser coordinator called the company and asked what they could do about it and they told her to have each person that got bad chocolate to call them and they would send one out personally to them to replace the bad chocolate. That sounds great except for when we had people call to tell them, they said they would not replace the chocolate and that it was our fault that we didn't pass it out to the costumers fast enough. We had the boxes in a room in our school building for maybe 2 weeks at the most. Some picked up their boxes sooner. Chocolate does not form into an odd shape of yucky mess from sitting in a box. They told us one thing and the people who called another thing. We are a non-profit organization trying to raise money for our kids and should not have to pay back the people who bought the chocolate and are not getting it replaced but that may end up happening if they do not fix this problem.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to replace the chocolate like they said they would. I want them to make right what they did wrong.
