I will never use their online service ever again. I never shopped online before until yesterday when I needed to get my son shoes for his birthday. Well the customer service rep must've been having a rough morning and instead of explaining to me why my payment verification didn't go through she told me that my conversation is irrelevant and she isn't going to keep going in circles and she is ending my call. Well being a first time online shopper and very confused as to what I did wrong that was not the way to handle any situation. I WOULD NEVER SHOP ONLINE AGAIN
