I cam white my Medication, end
I was asked by the staff not to enter with a drinking glass, which is my medicine
I explained to her that it was my medicine, the branch manager asked me to show him that it was really the medicine because he didn't believe me.
They asked me to go out and finish my medicine outside!
My children are inside!
How dare he say such a thing
When I asked what the name of the regional manager was, he told me her name was Jennifer and she did not agree to give me the last name.

In addition she said that if I didn't they would throw my medicine in the trash
They will put my name and my children's name under warning because we are not listening to the instructions
It was very rude and very embarrassing
All the workers stood in front of us
and said they would call security
We come here many times together with our friends that we are a big community after this case incident we will not want to come back here
I really hope you don't continue to employ her because she has no right to ask someone who is disabled or on medication to show her if it's true..
I purchased a 10-entrance pass for my grandchildren to be able to visit Kids Empire in Montclair. The first time we returned to use the pass we were denied entrance because they claimed we had to have a punch card (which was never given to us). The manager (***) said it showed on their computer system that I had purchased the pass, and I had the receipt and a document that said "present this for entry". None of this was acceptable for entry. I requested a refund and *** said they weren't allowed to give refunds but that if I contacted Corporate they would give me my refund. I asked for a phone number and email address for corporate and was given the Montclair stores number and email. When I pointed this out to *** she said it was the same number, just hit and miss if Corporate would answer (?). I instructed *** to get a message to someone with Corporate to call me, and she said she would have Olga call. I have tried to call the phone number repeatedly and it always rights through to the store. I have sent multiple emails and had no response what so ever. Now having read some of the Yelp reviews I find I am not the only one to run into this problem, but in fact others have been denied use of the multiple entrance passes. We need to put a stop to this company ripping off the public this way, and disappointing young children expecting a day of fun & play. Please help me obtain my refund.
