our billing department was in transition with a new staff member that is no longer with us.   A statement was mailed to the family before we received the payment from the insurance.  (This is not our normal protocal.)  Their insurance will not pay for nitrous, which is the only statement that they should have received.  That amount is $50, not $176.  We regret this inconvenience was not handled in the manner that we strive to achieve. In no way will we jeopardize the credit of this family and we are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.  We are giving a courtesy adjustment for this family and there is no balance on their account.  We have made every effort to see that this does not happen in the future.  Sincerely, Angie M[redacted] Billing Department
