I had a new home built by Hunter Pastuer in This year we discovered our less than 10yr old roof was installed with less that half the ventilation required resulting in a black and white mold infestation I had to completely tear off the roof, wood and all, and replace at a $16,cost Hunter Pastuer was contacted and would not do anything to mitigate this loss Be warned that this is apparently how Hunter Pastuer backs their product
