Kidio Furniture and Mattress

Three years ago,I paid $980 plus delivery for a sofa set.Their delivery guys dropped my recliner sofa on the stairs and broke the wood frame. The back of the middle seat came forward to turn into a tray for eating with drink holders. I knew I'd heard something break but they insisted they didn't. Turned out it was that tray that I used once and when I tried to return it to its backrest position it just went all the way back. When I called,because some days had passed,after all I hadn't needed the tray till then,Kidio said that I broke it myself and was trying to get them to replace it. Now only three years later that set is already destroyed and long gone,I have no kids or pets,every so often I would open the recliner and a screw would pop out from somewhere. If you insist on going with these guys regardless of the horrendous quality and service and they're not careful when they deliver,send it back right away! For maybe 500 more I could have gotten a much better quality at [redacted]

After calling10 times and leaving 3 messages and visiting the store once they said no refund and would charge me again to bring the correct one. I was shocked !! Then they said someone is coming to asemble my bed between 6-9 and they got here at 1030. [redacted]
