Kiddie Kastle

Since this complaint was submitted to you, a new chair base and chair back poly filler have arrived.I made contact with Mr*** announcing that the items were inHe emailed me back saying hewas concerned about replacing the chair part himself in the event he were to mess the chair up further.I
put him in contact with one of the gentlemen that assists us with deliveries. They were not able to coordinate schedules as the ***'s were moving homes weekends ago. Mr*** made an additional call to the delivery personnel saying his wife was unhappy that there would be a $40 charge for his services (The delivery personnel do not work for Kiddie Kastle) Mr*** said he would call Kiddie Kastle to discuss. I had decided to pay the $delivery fee myself because I wantthe ***s to be happy customers. I have not heard from Mror Mrs*** to date.I will contact him this week in an attempt to get this issue resolved and completed asap.Kind Regards,*** ***Kiddie Kastle
