I sent Brian an email requesting the model number and total number of units impacted by the recall.We have offered to replace his units and send prepaid shipping labels to have his units returned to us at our cost.
A member of our product support team was able to walk the consumer through the process of getting all 5 units to work together. He has the direct number of agent should he need further assistance.
I am rejecting this response because: I will wait until the replacement units are in hand before I consider this issue closed.
We are going to send a replacement which should arrive within 7-10 business days.

WE WILL REACH OUT TO THE CONSUMER AND PROVIDE A UNIT OR BRACKET THAT WILL WORK.
Mr. [redacted] is going to re-enter his claim on the recall website. Once this information has been received he should expect to receive the replacement within 10-15 business days.
I spoke with Mr. [redacted] this afternoon and he provided the model numbers which were needed to complete his claim. He understands the replacements will arrive in approximately 2 weeks.

extinguishers Fed Ex. I just received them and, ONCE AGAIN, they are general purpose, not Auto/Marine. I was told by one of their other reps who ordered these twice for me, that I cannot use a general purpose extinguisher on a car fire. They are formulated differently, and this kind can destroy the engine. She specifically said I need an Auto/Marine extinguisher, which is what I purchased back in August. By the way, the fire department also told me the autos are different. I expect that my 1/26 back order for 2 AUTO/MARINE extinguishers will be delivered to me, not reordered AGAIN.

The customer spoke with the Supervisor Kevin B[redacted] on Feb 8th. Kevin had the units sent to his attention to ensure the dates of the alarms were correct before sending the new alarms out the consumer.
This request has been forwarded to our product support group in an effort to reach out to this customer and resolve this issue.
