Please be advised that it was explained & clearly stated to this customer that the first mow is free, only when services are utilized for an entire seasonA customer receives their first mow free when they agree to a weekly or bi-weekly contractThe customer & I made a verbal agreement of
$ per mow for the lawn on a Bi-weekly scheduleThe customer decided to cancel the service before the end of the growing seasonTherefore, that rescinds the offer for a First Mow Free, thereby leaving a balance = $40.00, it has never been the case that a customer receives their first mow free when they have only utilized our services for one monthThis customer abruptly cancelled service after one month, with no notice & no explanation at all, as to why.In addition, it was also clearly stated that the $Bi-weekly fee would include mowing, edging and blowing off the driveways, and that Leaf & Stick clewould be an extra service at an extra chargeAlso, it is the customer's responsibility to remove any objects that would represent obstacles to our laborers accomplishing the services requested.In closing, this customer did not relay to anyone at Kidd's Lawn Service, in any manner, at any time, their dissatisfaction with our services, but rather they choose to abruptly cancel our services with no explanation as to whyAfter several e-mails that have all been well-documented, we have asked the customer to remit the balance due Kidd's Lawn Service = $ 40.00, rescinding the First Mow Free offer, giving the customer an opportunity to pay for services rendered, well in advance of sending this issue to our collections agent.We strive to build good healthy relationships with all of our customers & we believe good communication between the service provider & customer and vice-versa, is key to accomplishing this goalQuite unfortunately, this was not the case in this particular instance, thereby creating an unfortunate set of circumstances for both parties involved.Thank you.Sincerely, Howard *K*** ***Kidd's Lawn Service
