***, Please accept my sincerest apologies for not communicating with you until now I have been unable to work since early July due to serious health illnessI have not gone into the office or attempted to conduct business or any sortAs you know from our original experience of working together, it is not my business practice to not communicate with you had it been possibleMy rating with the Revdex.com has alway been of the highest and I do not wish to change this as this point in my career.I haven't received the refund from the manufacture, but as you stated, that is irrelevant since I am responsible for your satisfaction I will be refunding the full amount to you as soon as possible I would like to ask you to please bear with me for a short time until I can obtain the fundsThe inability to work for such a long time, I have depleted any funds that I had accumulated I know you would probably be reluctant to work with me again, but if you would like me to find suitable replacement for the runners, I would be more that happy to do so In any event,you are my first priority as the funds become available I am just beginning to return to business this week.Thank you for your understanding and patience and I will be communicating with you frequently as I work toward fulfilling my commitment as quickly as possible.Sincerely,Diane KiddKidd Interiors,llc

Kidd Interiors has not paid us the amount owed.  Until that occurs I will not withdraw this complaint.  Diane Kidd had ignored my previous emails and phone calls.  The only time she responded was when I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.  Once she has reimbursed us for the defective merchandise, as she previously promised to do, I will then be satisfied.

[redacted], I am so sorry that the solution  is not agreeable with you. My previous letter explained my situation and inability to solve the situation at this time.  At this time, I am still unable to work a full day. Therefore completing projects that normally I would receive payments on as they are completed is taking much longer than usual. This has been a crushing blow not only to me but my business has suffered tremendously.You are the first priorty as income is produced. Your patience would be appreciated.Sincerely,Diane Kidd
