I would like to respond to the billing issue that we received regarding our patient’s parent, [redacted] We regret that her experience was less than outstanding We strive to make each family very comfortable in every aspect of the dental experienceAt the time of the child’s appointment, our billing department was in transition with a new staff member that is no longer with us A statement was mailed to the family before we received the payment from the insurance (This is not our protocal.)
