I am rejecting this response because:I am writing to inform you that I do not agree with Kiara's claims of sending me back $and $I have proof of them only sending me back $and$Even though they basically stole the second payment and my bank
charged me for paying this companyThey refuse to pay me back the fees that were caused as an error on their partI would be more than willing to accept the other $that they claim to have already sent me plus the $as well for a total of $in the form of a checkI had to take actions to change bank account info so that they could not take anymore more without my permission. In regards to the complaint that was received and the
complainant [redacted], our position on the matter is below for your
review.We have issued the customer the remainder of her $97.41
refund. Please be advised that while refunds typically take 5-10 business days
to process, I have seen it take up to 30 days. If you still have not received
your refund by this point in time, please contact your financial institution
for alternative methods of obtaining a refund.We are unable to reimburse the customer for any overdraft
fees that may have occurred on their account. Those are between the company and
