Our experience with Kia/Hyundai- AKA as FFUN Motor Group has been the absolute opposite of a 'fun' experience. Deceptive sales people, poor service, unhonoured warranties. Repeated unreturned calls. We purchased a used & supposedly thoroughly inspected by Hyundai vehicle in December 2019. We also purchased additional warranties that were misrepresented to us by the salesperson.. My wife's signature was actually forged on one document & that document was withheld from us, so the lies we'd been fed about the coverage we'd actually paid for were not disclosed. We finally saw this document yesterday and will now be pursuing action against Kia through the Consumer Protection Agency if the $2,652.91 in suspension repairs, needed repairs that pre-existed our purchase, are not covered.
If we could give zero stars we would. The price of such shoddy business practices is no return business from us & others who were intending to purchase a Kia/Hyundai have been warned instead. Had we heard from others how bad their experiences were before we made our purchase we would never have chosen this dealer ourselves.
Spare yourself a massive headache and avoid this dealership. In 40 years of car ownership we have never experienced a dealership who was so dismissive and who have conducted themselves with such an absolute & complete lack of integrity.
Hello Shelly, I am glad we had the chance to speak today on the phone and get the repairs all taken of. You have my personal cell phone now, so we can connect directly moving forward to ensure I can help if you need anything in the future.
Thank you for your assistance Mr D, I appreciate your efforts to rectify this very unfortunate situation. I look forward to receiving the previously withheld insurance documents to review. We can then seek a resolution regarding my signature having been forged upon the Diamond Kote Protection warranty. As this was a $1298 warranty represented to us by your salesperson as Kias 12 month bumper to bumper coverage & apparently was fraudulently represented.
Thank you for your anticipated ongoing assistance & co-operation in remediating the errors made
We purchased 2020 KIA Sorento SX V6 from the Kai Dealer in Saskatoon SK, on Jun 12, 20202. The deal was that the car must come with: Remote Starter, Block Heater, Cargo Tray-5 psg and Weathertech Floor Liners for all three rows.
The dealer didn't deliver Weathertech Floor Liners for all rows. Instead, we got rubber mats for the first two rows only. We tried to solve the issue, but the dealer refused by saying that we needed to pay an additional amount to get Weathertech Floor Liners.
I want Weathertech Floor Liners for all three rows to be deliver to my address.
We are 100% happy to switch the mats and provide the customer with a full set of weather tech mats at no charge, I have personally reached out to this customer and left voice mails a couple of times. I will try to call again today.
Up to this point I have not received anything back from this customer.
we have received the Weather Tech liners from Kia Saskatoon as per our original agreement, and I am fully satisfied with their response.
I went in to test drive what I thought was going to be a 2016 Kia Forte as requested in a email. When I showed up (oct 31)was told I need to rebuild my credit and a newer vehicle wasn't going to work. *** (manager) told me that was the only vehicle I could get . I felt pressure to take a test ride, but did anyway. He rushed me through the paperwork and he said that this was the only way to fix my credit. I signed the paperwork and left. They said that they were going to go through the vehicle and put in a disabler in it. I called Kia 12 (nov 01)days ago and said I couldn't make the first couple payments. Kia tried contacting me last week, I didn't respond back because I told them that I cannot make the payment for the vehicle. Today I received a message stating that they are dropping the vehicle off if I don't contact them. So I sent a message telling them I cannot accepted the vehicle.
I'm concerned that they will mess around with my credit history. There needs to be more protection for people trying to rebuild their credit and companies can't make a person feel pressured into taking the worst deal that would not improve their credit, a interest rate of 30+% is redicules no matter what .
Kia of Saskatoon has not taken any action in regards to this matter nor will we.
