Sure...the message from Kia of America only stated that they were willing to speak with me to discuss the engine problem with my car. I assumed to come to a resolution.  I can not possibly state that the complaint is closed when a determination has not been concluded and my case is still open at KoA. By "accepting the message" I thought that I Was agreeing to speak with KoA for resolution.
