Review: I shipped a vehicle to [redacted] from [redacted] with this company. The agreement was that the vehicle will be delivered as loaded in [redacted] to my [redacted] in [redacted]. when I got to [redacted], I discovered that the owner of the company in [redacted], one [redacted] had offloaded all my goods and loaded other items in my car that ended staining the interior of the car with liquids and soft drinks. My goods should not have been offloaded and other goods loaded in my car. That was in contrast to the agreed upon treatment of the vehicle.When I contacted [redacted] in [redacted] to express the state of the vehicle in [redacted], he was abusive and extremely rude. I want to warn potential shippers of vehicles to NEVER use this man to ship their vehicle. He is simply not professional and quiet dishonest. The State of Texas should also look into his business practicesDesired Settlement: My desired settlement will be for [redacted] to pay for the treatment needed to remove the stains from the car.
