Review: I am an avid BMW enthusiast. I have ordered from khoalty.com about three times. However, this past two times I have been very disappointed. Not only was my $108 dollar purchase defective, when I sent email to acknowledge them the company has been ignoring me. I have end more than three emails. They don't have a number to call as I feel that did that one purpose hoping nobody would take the initiative to go this far. They are rude and not direct on their product, nor stand behind it.

Also, on my second order I was suppose to get a sticker.I never got it when I was confirmed to have gotten one. That just shows the incompetence of this "internet" company.

I dont want others to be in the same position as me, considering as I was a repeat customer. I guess some companies such as this treat customers poorly.Desired Settlement: I would like a percentage of order to be refunded as it was defective.

Review: Purchased a product with Khoalty om 5/23 (#[redacted]). Paid additional $21.29 to have product shipped 2 day FedEx. received update on 5/26 that product shipped regular ground. Contacted merchant on 5/27 advising of issue, and merchant they had changed shipping method. Product was not received until 6/2. Contacted merchant on 5/30 and again on 6/2 requesting refund of S&H. Merchant has not responded to any communication efforts.Desired Settlement: Refund of $21.29 paid for shipping + $100 for time and effort (1 hour)

Review: I purchased a product through thier website. However when I received it, the item was not the same as the one advertised. I have made numerous attempts to contact customer service but there has been no reply.Desired Settlement: Refund item

Review: I ordered a set of taillights for my '01 M3. They say on the site that the lights fit '01-03 M3s. The lights they sent me did not fit my vehicle so I emailed asking for a RMA to return the product. After a few emails they gave me a RMA # and so I shipped them back to them (using my own money to pay for shipping). The lights arrived back at their store 5/22/13 and I have sent numerous emails since then. I have not received any communication since they authorized the RMA. I have not had my money refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like $185 refunded to me.

This customer has already been refunded. We have recommended to customer to file a chargeback on the transaction if they really don't think we refunded them as we have had PayPal process it already
