Khmer China Gate

Has double charged my card twice. When this business was shown what had happened they try to blame me and my bank until I showed them my on line e bank statement. Took over a week for them to reinstate my account. They should of had this issue fixed the first time it happened. How many other customers has this happened too that don't check their accounts regularly?
