I contracted Mr*** to do a landscaping / hardscaping project - a flower bed in my front yard I wanted a softly curved layout and he gave me a straight line design without okaying it with me first He stated he did not remember us talking about the curves in the wall, BUT he did charge me extra for the type of headers the job would require to accommodate the curves I expressed my dissatisfaction with the design, but he continued doing what he wanted instead of what I contracted for He also did not put in the weed barrier material I had paid for, nor did he completely cover the areas with mulch that I paid for He charged me just under $10,for this job, a design that I hate He did not honor the contract in the manner I requested He does what he wants and does not care what the customer wants He even stated that it is harder to do curves, so I guess that is why he didn't do them, even though he did charge me extra for that I was at work most of the time they
