I went into this salon to have my hair braided, taking a picture of the style that I wanted The stylist who is the owner, who I wanted to braid my hair was not availableI came back an hour later, she still was not availableAnother stylist braided my hair Before, during and after, the style did not match the pictureThe braids were too tight When she finished I told her that I was not satisfied with the outcome and wanted a refund I used my debit cardI paid $($was for the hair wash.) They refused

I can supply the hair, but it is an auctionShe provided her own hairShe calls the next day and asked if she had any hair leftI told her she can come pick up the leftover hair, which she didI gave her back her leftover hairShe wasn’t happy with the amount that was left, but it was all we
hadShe was upset because other salons don’t use as much hair, but it depends on the salon and the stylist as to how they style hairI am not willing to give a refund, we provided the service for her and our policy is no refunds

I made a appointment for a hairdo called Micro Braids for $that should have taken 12hrs to doThe braids I received were not micro's and it took the hair dresser 8hrs to finishI notice different sizes with each braid and my hair was uneven in many placesI bought packages of 100% human hair for $I always have hair leftover after the beaut-ion is done, but not for this appointment I called the company and asked about the left over hair and was told there wasn't anyI arrived to talk to the owner within 4days and she found some hair that was thrown away in the trashI have this hair with me nowThe salon wasn't willing to refund or buy the hair that came up missing so it could be done the correct way.Most of the hair was used, but a lot of hair came up missingThe hair dresser stayed in the back of me while braiding my hair so I have idea how much hair was takenI took pictures of my hair to compare and saw the differencesI've been getting this hair style since
