For the second time in a row, we didn't receive all that we ordered. Today, my husband bought a meal that was supposed to come with sides. He went through the drive-thru. The sides were not in the bag. The last time he went to KFC, about a month ago, he ordered a bucket meal. When he got home, he discovered the sides were not there. He went back, and the manager on duty treated him as if he was lying.

I am very sorry this customer had a bad experience here at KFC and (unintelligible) is very troubling. I have no problem replacing the big box meal for $12.18. We will call customer tomorrow and offer qapology along with refund
