KFC(Kentucky Fried Chicken)

7/11/18 drive thru order for $41 was shorted several items including receipt. Calls that night shortly thereafter advising, asking for refund of missing item charges, and communication of inability to come back to restaurant (which is what manager Eman (sp?) wished me to do). Over a few calls to restaurant, I was given run-around to call back, argumentative manager who insisted she packed 10 pieces in an 8 piece order and all white meat (I was staring at 4 thighs not breasts). Eventually I was even told by another employee she'd called me a liar. Reported to HQ and for 2.5 months now have interacted with them, constantly being told management would give me a call in 48 hours. Evidently their reports of this to the franchise owner (as I wanted nothing to do with the manager after being called a liar and have no confidence this store would even give me quality food at this point) have fallen on deaf ears as in 8+ times this has been "sent to management" they have never called. Eventually today the HQ report says I was offered a free meal ...I've never been offered one! And a free meal would not even cover the shortage I was charged for....nor the hours I've spent simply trying to have someone make it right. I have more extensive detail of the dates and interactions in my records.
