I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. We have talked with the franchise owner about this Revdex.com complaint. They made several attempts via phone to contact this guest but, they have been unsuccessful. They also mailed out an apology letter but, did not receive a
response. We believe the franchise owner has made every effort to contact this guest. Therefore, we respectfully request that this Revdex.com complaint be closed. Thank you
