I was referred to Keyt Law to have them handle a simple property transfer deed for me. From the very beginning, they were very hard to get a hold off, not answering or returning phone calls and never replying to e-mails. Once I finally was able to speak with someone, [redacted], he agreed to do the work. After not hearing anything back from him and continuously following up, I finally get a hold of him and find out he's turned the work over to his son, [redacted]. After talking with [redacted], he tells me he wants to be paid up front. I told him that I prefer to pay for goods/services once they are complete. We met in the middle with him saying he would complete the deed but I would pay before he filed it. A week or so goes by without me hearing anything back and once I'm finally able to track [redacted] (the dad) down, he tells me that they aren't interested in my work since I didn't want to pay in advance.
