Review: I ordered a large number of custom totes from this company. I sent a graphic for printing and the graphic printed poorly on the jute tote material. I worked with [redacted] at the company to choose an appropriate graphic size for the tote. He requested a larger sized graphic and I sent him one. However, it was not large enough and he failed to be able to recognize that. I figured that it was his job to do this. I am incredibly upset because it was not my job to decide how big the graphic needed to be to print well on the material. When I called the company to request reprint, [redacted] was the employee who I dealt with. He was extremely rude and told me that it was my fault for sending this graphic that didn't print well. How would I know what would print well? Isn't that the job of the company? He also left me a voicemail stating that he had talked to the CEO of the company and that they had decided that if I called again, "their answer would never change." Clearly this company does not care about the customer. I am very dissatisfied. I strong discourage all from using this company.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my tote bags re-printed with a successful image, which I can provide, for no fees including no shipping fees.

The client called to complain about the printed logo quality on the jute tote bags that were ordered. 2 members of our staff handled the situation poorly. After further internal investigation, a senior staff member reached out to the client to apologize. Once all the issues were addressed with the order, it was agreed upon that the tote bags would be reprinted and shipped at no cost.
