no one has contacted me My name is Harriet Irwin 214-802-5476. I purchased this Alpine 2022 on March 24 2022 at Holiday World Alvarado Tx They have the worst service there. I purchased with Dudley who was more than happy to take my Motorhome Georgetown 2021 which I had just purchased in August 2021in as trade in. I told him I would live in it full time parked on my daughters property. We didn't have a truck to pull it with so they arranged for it to be delivered but of course we paid the guy to do it! It has been a LEMON from day one. We had trouble with airconditioners right off bat. They sent a service repair man out to change out the control panel. He put one in but of course we never noticed it has no heat button on it til now when we need it. Rear air has worked perfect but not the front. Now that it is getting cooler we find out there is no HEAT in this panel. We have called and left many messages at the # provided but its only an answering machine asking us to leave message for our service manager. After two weeks still no answer from Adam Kinser 817-402-4200! Hannah Adair did the walk thro with us and assured us everything was hooked up and working. Only she lied to us also. The refridgerator was never hooked up for the ice maker as she said so we had to do that ourselves! The closet door fell off on the first pull so did the shower door handles even tho they were locked in place. When moving slides in first time it buckeled the floor and broke the wood piece going up the side of the fireplace. The kitchen slide would not go in all the way the first time we put it in again they sent the same service repair man out to put a new motor on it. He worked on it 2 hours took new motor and left cause he was drunk. He never showed back up next morning. We made an appointment to get it to them ! They had it 3 weeks before we got it back. Now they will now talk with us at all. Gary White our guy who did the paper work no longer works there, It makes me wonder what is going on in that place. If anyone is looking at HOLIDAY WORLD ALVARADO TX think twice before you buy there. I hope by writing to KEYSTONE we will get some help. We love the RV and its perfect for us but we need it to work. We are in our 70's and want to be on our own but yet live close to our kids so they can check on us. We each have been in hospital twice this year so we just can't live in a house anymore. We need help getting the heat on and getting things fixed. Today it rained and the slide out they worked on is leaking! I called to ask about it but again only ANSWERING MACHINE! The price of these units they should work! PLEASE help. This unit has only been pulled twice and look at the problems we are having. NO one has sent me any emails or called me not even from KEYSTONE!

Review: On 7/2/13, I traveled over 4 hours to Keystone RV Super Center to purchase a brand new 2013 Skyline Bobcat RV. Prior to my traveling to the facility, I was advised that the RV would be ready, and I would most likely be out of the dealer within 2 hours. When I arrived, the RV was in the garage being readied for delivery (I was not able to inspect the RV's working condition). I was taken directly to finance to provide a deposit and sign finance papers. At my request I asked can I please see this RV before signing documents. They allowed me to "see" the RV; however, they would not let me inspect it. After waiting approx 8 hours, (because they did not want to tell me the refrigerator was broke), I went to the manager [redacted] who advised that they would not let me leave the facility with an RV that was broke that they were putting in a new fridge. I watched them haul another Bobcat RV into the garage area, rip the refrigerator out, take the door frame and door off of the RV I purchased and put the refrigerator out of another RV into the one I was purchasing. I was never given the opportunity to truly inspect the RV and insure that it was in proper working order as time would not permit. I told the manager that I could not wait any longer as I had a long ride home, and they rushed and sent me out of there with the RV in question and said "the fridge will cool down in a few hours". I brought the RV home and put it in storage that evening. When getting the RV ready for a trip today, I found this second refrigerator also does not work. When I called the dealer to advise of this issue, I was shuffled through many different individuals and then the service manager advised that it is now "a warranty issue" to bring it somewhere for service and that things break--he said haven't you bought a new car and drove it off the lot and it breaks. This was very unprofessional as they sent me out of their facility with a malfunctioning RV in the first place, and now they washed their hands of this matter.Desired Settlement: I was to be provided a product "suitable for Buyer's particular needs"; however, I was never granted a true inspection. I did provide a $900.00 deposit and signed loan documents for the remainder of the purchase price of $8,044.00 which included the value of a hitch install (valued at $600). I feel it would be fair to return the RV (which at this time is still un-used as it is in improper working order) and a partial refund of the deposit for $300 and the loan be voided.
