with the management our property as of June 16,On July 26, we left to Florida on vacation and to our surprise we got a call from our agent stating that all the copper from the property was stolen She claimed it needed to be repaired quickly because they had a tenant moving in at the end of the weekMy property had been vacant for a year prior to this incident and nothing like this had ever occurredIt had been managed by a different agentThis was the first incident
My complaint now is that on February 25th, I had requested that the tenant be evicted for negligence in maintaining the property cleanThey took her to court for the wrong reason
