Review: I ordered parts, order was filled and shipped 11-4-13. Parts were wrong parts due to my mistake. Talked with [redacted] owner/operator at Key Recreational numerous times. Ordered new parts and I was supposed to be refunded the difference. I have not received parts nor check. Spoke with Bill on 2-27-14. He stated that the parts and check for the difference had been sent out USPS on 2-24-14. He was asked for a tracking number but said he did not have one because it was sent out USPS, they do have tracking numbers. As of today 3-5-14, the items and balance of $81.95 has not been received. I would like this situation to be taken care of immediately.Desired Settlement: I would like my parts ordered and the balance that we agreed on sent out.

Review: Purchased a chainsaw bar and chain from them. The chain was way to short for the bar so they agreed to refund the return shipping cost but to this date I have not received the all of the return shipping cost and get no response from the company.Desired Settlement: I want the shipping cost refunded as agree to or a complete refund and they can have the bar and chain back.
