Due to their error my account went in arrears and they want me to paylate fees and fines. January 2017, Keys Property hired Mutual of Omaha to collect our HOA fees. On my behalf, they enrolled me for 14 months instead of 36 months like I had previously authorized. March 2018 MOA stopped collecting HOA Fees. Due to their error my fees became delinquent and they attached late fees and fines.
