I think I know why this business is not rated by Revdex.com . My experience tells me you cannot believe what the owner promises or tells you. He bid on a small job for my yard and continually put it off until communication ceased without his telling me he either could not or would not complete the job he bid on. I believe you can find others with more follow through efforts.
