I personally reviewed the * * * *** commercial accountWe received Mr*** request for information on April 23, We do not store the invoices at our location, therefore we requested the information that day from our clientWe both received the documents from our client and forward
the invoices on May 26, We never heard back from any representatives from *** ***We feel that we allowed enough time for the mail to be delivered as well as time to review the invoices before we sent any further correspondenceWe did send another letter on July 6, Based on Mr*** letter to the Revdex.com, it appears that he never received the invoicesI will resend the invoices myselfI would like for Mr*** to review the invoices, once he as reviewed the invoices, I would like for him to contact me directly and we can take the next step in resolving this matterPlease understand that we have not reported anything to any Credit Reporting AgencyIf he has found anything on *** *** credit bureau, I would recommend him to contact the *** agency directly
