After moving into our home we found several things the "inspector" failed to catch, a couple of them majorI'll list them: Ice maker in fridge not functioning, faucet in kitchen leaking (badly), kitchen sink clogged, microwave not functioning properly, pipe in crawl space leaking, tub faucet leaking, boiler heat making terrible noise, light switch in upper bedroomanagement broken, outside lights not checked, gas fireplace not checked, drip edge on roof missing in one area, no electrical outlets in upstairs bathroom, and the worst of them all; no heat in the upper level of the homeWhat person buying a home would think theRe wouldn't be heat in bedroom in a house in [redacted] ?!
