Review: I hired to contractor to put add a new roof to my home. The job was completed and soon after I experienced leaks in my home. He said it wasn't his fault, even though the new roof was about 6 months along when the leaks began appearing. He refused to do anything about it. He was willing to repair if I went through my insurance company. I contacted other contractors for an estimate and 4 said that the roof was totally wrong and I would have leaks because of the inferior job. They showed me how it was supposed to be done. Additionally, they showed me how shingles were placed directly on the wood without anything else. I mentioned this to the contract, Key Floors & Home Improvements, now know as "Key Construction LLC", and I was ignored. I had to hire another contractor to tear off and redo the shingles on the back of my home since I can't have the entire roof to be done at this time. I have noticed that the name on the contract is different from the name on the business card.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the money I paid sing I have to have my entire roof done over again.
