Review: On the 26th of May 2015, I gave my vehicle to the establishment in review (Kevin's Auto Body). I paid a deposit for the parts to get my vehicle repaired and was told it would be complete within a week. That time passed and I did not hear from anyone at the business and I called and was told my vehicle was not ready they are waiting for parts. time passed and on the 11th of June I took the vehicle back because he said the parts were not there and because I needed the vehicle to go out of town. I came back on the 14th of June and there was still no parts. I then told the business owner on the 18th of the same month I did not trust he could do the work and so I would like to be refunded or the parts. He said he would call me the following day he did not. A week pass and I went back to his establishment to find out why I have not heard from him about my refund or parts. I was greeted with profanity and verbal assault as well as he slam his office door in my face almost slamming my foot in the door. I went to make a report with the police to get it on file and went back to speak with the owner (3rd July 2015), who said he should have the refund back to me within a few days. It has been over 2 weeks since that conversation and I have yet to receive anything from him.Desired Settlement: To receive the money whish he owes me so I can use such to get my vehicle repaired elsewhere.
