I took my car in for a simple repair. 3 times I was told it was fixed and 3 times it had to be towed back. The original repair was never completed nor was the damage they caused doing the repair corrected. After having my car for a total of 3 months, my car was still not driveable for more than 5 miles. My husband came and picked up the car unfinished and took it to someone else. The other mechanic refused to touch it because the work that had been done was so shoddy, he did not want his name associated in any way with the repairs that had been done. To add insult to injury, I recieved a letter wanting to know when I was going to finish paying my bill! I told them when the repair was complete and I could drive my car. These people are criminals and the troll who works in the back office doing the billing needs some lessons on social graces. The whole business is nothing but 1 great big not so funny joke.
