We have been in touch with [redacted] The nightstand he ordered shipped on Friday 6/**, it was delayed due to production delays As an accommodation we have credited his order for the delivery charge The bed although it was a little late was held up by the delivery company They said they called and left a message and never heard back and did not to my knowledge try again to set up the delivery until weeks later This was due to the fact that the person who schedules for Thomasville was out We d apologize for these delays and will be crediting [redacted] for his delivery charge
I spoke with [redacted] today We did, as stated remove the delivery charge from his nightstand order and also from his bed order The credits were put against his COD balance for his nightstand, a total of $+ tax His nightstand has shipped from North Carolina and as soon as it comes in [redacted] will be called to schedule a date for deliverythank You Tracy K***Thomasville Furniture
WE HAVE CONTACTED THE FACTORY ABOUT A REPLACEMENT GLASS FOR CUSTOMER ***.SOUNDS LIKE THIS ONE FELL THROUGH THE CRACKS!!!!THE FOLDER HAS BEEN GIVEN TO TRACY STORE MANAGER SO SHE CAN CALL CUSTOMER WITH AN UPDATE ASAP THE CUSTOMER HAS A THREE YEAR FACTORY WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS ETC SO SHE IS
WITHIN WARRANTY BUT OUR SERVICE DEPT DROPPED THE BALL BUT NOW THE STORE MANAGER WILL CORRECT FOR CUSTOMER PETERASSISTANT MANAGERFARMINGDALE STORE

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
You stated that the bed was held up by the delivery company for weeks after leaving a message for me I dispute this because I was calling my salesperson, and your store, almost weekly (sometimes more), checking on the status of the merchandise and this was never stated to me I also requested to speak to a manager, but none returned my call As for the night stand shipping on 6/16, this is the first that I am hearing of this As for the credit for the shipping, when and if the merchandise finally arrives, I hope the delivery charges are deducted from my final payment In addition, prior to reading this response, I called today at 11:am and requested to speak to a manager I was told, tracy, was not available and out to lunch This is hard to understand when your store opens at 10:am I would like this complaint to remain open until I receive my merchandise
